Rib Tips


These bite sized morsels of happiness are the trimmings from our St. Louis ribs. They are boneless and the perfect size to fit in your mouth in one bite. To reheat you can put the one pound bag into a pot of boiling water for about 30 minutes and then cut if open to enjoy. We recommend that you pour them into a bowl and toss them with your favorite BBQ sauce.  Perfect to enjoy during the game and if you use a fork you will not need a ton of napkins like you do for ribs.
