Imagine if you will taking some cured brisket and smoking it until it has a beautiful black bark and a bright pink interior. That is pastrami for you. It takes one of the best cuts of meat for BBQ and kicks it up a notch by curing it. Our pastrami is smoked on Esther for 6 hours and packaged for you to heat up in boiling water for 30 minutes but to be honest you can just defrost it and warm it in the microwave to throw on some rye bread with a hearty mustard. It is completely up to you.
