Brisket is the king of BBQ. Whether you like the fatty point cut or the leaner flat our brisket packaging will remind you of Texas. Our brisket is tenderly smoked for at least 14 hours in Esther, our reverse flow wood fired offset smoker, that keeps the moisture in and converts a notoriously finicky cut into the smokey “melt in the mouth” bite you will love. We slice the brisket and package both the flat and point into single pound vacuum sealed packages that are then quickly frozen to preserve their flavor.
