Our smoked ribs are trimmed to include the best parts of the ribs. Each package is a full rack of 11 or 12 ribs sliced into 2 slabs and vacuum sealed so they fit nicely into a pot. Each package is approximately 2 to 2.5 pounds. To reheat you can put the package into boiling water for 30 minutes. Cut the package open and enjoy!
